Hello there. Thank you for your interest! I would like to set some rules here, so please take some time to read it. By joining my group order or buying from/trading with me, it means you have read my terms and you agree to all my conditions. I will do my best to pull through accordingly, but I am a working adult with a busy schedule. I'm only doing this to help lessen/share the burden of shipping/for accessibility. I have nothing to gain aside from assisting fellow fans like me! **I do not profit from my group orders

[Sorry if this is lengthy… It is for a reason and it’s to make sure everything is clear so I’d appreciate if you can at least skim it]

Group Order

You must be 18+ or have the consent of a parent/guardian to join my group order
Initial Payment is required after 24 hours from when I ask for it or by the due date imposed [Any error in payment, such as goods and services used, will be refunded *fees not included]
If the chance items are not secured, I will inform everyone and proceed with refunds as soon as possible [problems may occur, but I will be as transparent as I can about everything!]
There are three payments to be made (unless stated otherwise): Initial/Item + EMS split (from source to me) + DMS (me to you)
- Items will most likely be sent to K-addy before being forwarded to me to minimize shipping costs; please be patient with the wait time
- For domestics (DMS), if you don't mind possibly extra waiting and coordinating a date with me, I am open to meeting up to hand your item over if you are from NYC (Meetups are on weekends only unless stated otherwise)
- Additionally, I am only able to ship items out on Saturdays at the post office
- Stamped is $2 and Tracking starts at $3 (Shipping supply fee included but is less than $1) [APPLIES TO US ONLY/WW PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY MORE]
- Specifically for photocards: I will only be shipping orders with no more than two (2) photocards as stamped/first class (non-machineable); anything more than two photocards will be classified as tracked!
- The prices of items are determined by the item’s cost + proxy fee if applicable + any additional fees the original order site requires
As this is a group order, it may take a long while before items are in your hands, so if you don't like waiting, I apologize and ask you to reconsider joining my GO [Estimated time is between 1-4 months after arrival to k-addy; I don’t open group orders often so processing time on my end usually doesn’t take long unless stated otherwise.]
Depending on the number of albums ordered, sorting will be done on a first-come, first-served basis
No back-outs are allowed unless you have found a replacement (replacement must cover the cost within 24 hours or by the deadline, if they are paying me, I will then refund you your amount)
I am not responsible for any issues that occurred during shipment from the source to me (though I will do my best to fix them on this end) or from me to you (I have no control over this part)
Reclaims will be hosted after holding unclaimed/unpaid items for one (1) month

For all stamped and tracked: please note once it is out of my hand, I cannot be responsible for it being lost. The most I can do is a partial refund so that the loss is on both of us for fairness. Please file a claim for tracked items.

Trades

Trades are for WW, priority for NYC locals
If my proofs are less than yours, I will send my side first. If your proofs are less than mine, please send yours out first
Video of pc back and front, picture of pc packed in toploader and taped to a card or a page of photobook (extra protection is appreciated and I will do my best to match you) with an addressed envelope, and video of pc mailed for stamped and tracking number for tracked is required and must be done in that step by step order
You can decide the shipment method for 2 or less pcs. Any more and I will require both of us to use tracked shipping (Tracked is required for outside of USA at all times, no exceptions)
